Spark Community Foundation works with state and
local government agencies, nonprofits, community-based
organizations, and other interested parties to provide
customized technical assistance and education to:
Determine the key priorities to be addressed;
Identify the different types of funding available to address that priority;
Understand and document the governmental regulations and policies associated with these funding streams;
Overcome any barriers associated with the funding stream’s administrative complexity;
Develop and implement the fiscal coordination model; and
Monitor outcomes achieved by using the fiscal coordination model.
